The Challenge
An established payment processor was struggling with a slow, manual contract process that relied on handwritten applications and PDFs. Sales reps spent 30 to 60 minutes completing complex paperwork, creating bottlenecks, wasting valuable time, and leading to lost deals.

We created a streamlined intake form connected to an automated workflow that combined form inputs with data from their HubSpot CRM. This system automatically populated every section of the contract and application, generated a final draft in DocuSign, sent email notifications, and created CRM tasks for review and signature.
